This set gives you five 4-layer inserts in one go, so there's always a clean one ready when the laundry pile is behind. Each insert is encased in hemp cotton and finished with a black athletic wicking jersey edge.

Hemp cotton is a dense, high-quality material that takes on a lot of liquid, which makes these a solid choice for stretches between changes. Use one on its own for a trim fit, or double them up for longer daytime or overnight stretches.

Wash multiple times to reach maximum absorbency. Wash with warm water. Dry on low heat. Inserts are made of natural fibers, shrinkage is normal and to be expected. Inserts are designed longer in order to account for shrinkage.
