Founded in 2017 by Rachel and John Kuelbs, Mila & Rose is a premier online boutique specializing in children's apparel. This family-owned business caters to the needs of newborns and children through both retail and wholesale channels. Located in Roanoke, Virginia, Mila & Rose previously had a physical storefront in Grapevine, Texas, before transitioning to an exclusively online model.

Our leggings are perfect for layering under dresses and skirts. Our founders designed these leggings when they could not find the perfect pair for Mila. Everything was either cut too low in the waist or fit too baggy in the leg.
*Leggings are high waisted for extra bum coverage and cut slimmer in the leg for a tight fit.
