Return Shipping Costs:

  • Personal Preference: If you are returning an item because it is simply not what you were looking for, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives with a defect or is damaged, Everetts Place will cover the full cost of the return shipping. Please contact us at everetts.place7@gmail.com with photos of the issue to receive a prepaid shipping label.

30-Day Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

We want you and your family to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

 

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and in the same condition you received it. For the safety and health of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used personal care items (like soaps or balms).
Opened packages of cloth diapers or inserts for sanitary reasons.
Any item that is not in resalable condition.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange.

Email our customer care team at the address listed on our [link: contact us page] within the 30 day window. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Securely pack the item(s) with the RMA number visible on the outside of the package. Use a trackable shipping service.
Mail your return to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong item shipped.
Refunds and Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm its status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Mistakes and manufacturing flaws happen, though we work hard to prevent them. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover all shipping costs to correct the issue, either by sending a replacement or providing a full refund. We may ask for a photo to help us resolve the problem quickly.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to get your baby essentials to you. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. If your order has not yet entered the packing stage, we may be able to adjust it. We cannot cancel orders that have already shipped.

What is your policy on lost or stolen packages?

All orders are shipped with tracking. If the tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office. If the package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will work with you to file a claim and send a replacement if available. We are not liable for packages stolen after delivery. Do you offer gift wrapping or special notes?

Yes. Many of our baby gift sets and bundles come presented in beautiful, reusable packaging. During checkout, you can add a gift message in the notes section. We will hand write your message on a card to include with the shipment.
